Honeysuckle House was developed in 2003. We applied for planning for a 7000 sq ft Georgian house and after negotiation we achieved planning for a 7800 sq ft Georgian house with six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Great Yeldham, Suffolk
We bought plot in Great Yeldham in 2015 with planning for a four bedroom house. We funded it through NatWest and delivered the project on cost and on time in 2016.

Canberra place was previously a lawn bowls club. The site was purchased in 2007 and planning applied for five houses and three flats. The site was a very modern design which was well received.

The plot was bought without planning in 2016. We applied for planning for a four bedroom two bathroom house to add value to the plot. This was granted in 2016. We then applied for planning to site a bungalow on the rear of the site which was granted in 2016.
